We use dual, cross-trained flooring dispatchers. Our depth of highly trained installation crews enables us to react to schedule changes seamlessly. Scheduling can be done via the internet, email, fax or phone.

Our award wining service department has been designed for service. We have several hardwood, vinyl and carpet service installers. We do not use our production crews for service. A properly trained service installer is more efficient and more flexible to meet your schedule. A task specific service dispatcher is more responsive. Our service and warranty response is quick, affordable, and does not adversely affect our production schedule.
