How we work:

Custom Flooring Programs 
    

Production Programs: If you have a basic collection of plans that you build continually, we can create a program that you sell. This program gives you complete control over your customer, the products, and the pricing. Together we select a group of products appropriate for the price range of the homes you are building, price the options, set up the displays, and train your salespeople. Don’t worry; the differences in the products will be obvious. Your salespeople need to be selling homes and we will take that into account when your program is designed.

Semi-Custom: Similar to the production program, except your customer has the option of coming into our showroom for additional selections. We let your customer know which price category a product will fall into within your program. You mark it up; you collect the extras, as you would in a production program.

Custom: Your customer does all the selections in our showroom. You determine the allowances and how the profits are distributed.

 Although we can provide you with Tile, Vinyl, Carpet and Hardwood, we don’t insist on doing it all. If you have a strong relationship with a tile or hardwood contactor, we respect that and will provide the products that best fit your needs.

Scheduling
 
 We use dual, cross-trained flooring dispatchers. Our depth of high trained installation crews enables us to react to schedule changes seamlessly.  Scheduling can be done via the internet, email, fax or phone
                                        

Protection

 Trade damage is costly and we do our part to protect the products we install.  All hard surface products we install are covered with specially designed protective cardboard. The seams are taped together to prevent debris from getting underneath and scratching the floor. The perimeter is taped with a releasable tape, far
enough off the base of the wall to allow for molding installation. We provide this service free of charge.

 All carpet is inspected and pre-cut to room lengths in our warehouse the day prior to installation. We do not send installers out with huge rolls on their trucks that they must struggle with on the job site. We do not cut in the carpet in the driveway, street or on the grade exposed to the elements.

Service
 Our award wining service department has been designed for service. We have several hardwood, vinyl and carpet service installers. We do not use our productions crews for service. A properly trained service installer is more efficient and more flexible to schedule. A task specific service dispatcher is more responsive.  Our service and warranty response is quick, affordable, and does not adversely affect our production schedule.
